Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reason. To cancel, please email care@diagnosit.com before the 14-day period ends, and we will process a full refund.
This policy is in accordance with Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial at no charge. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial.

3. Subscription Billing

Your subscription (monthly or annual) renews automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.

4. Refunds

Before 14 days: Full refund, no questions asked. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you’ll receive a 100% refund automatically.

After 14 days: Because our service is digital and recurring, we generally do not provide refunds after billing. However, if you experience technical difficulties or significant service disruptions, please contact care@diagnosit.com within 14 days of billing and we’ll review your case individually.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing care@diagnosit.com. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid period.

6. Discretionary Refunds

Diagnosit LLC reserves the right to issue refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
